Call for presenters for search and rescue conference

Organisers of the 2016 Australian and New Zealand Search and Rescue Conference are calling for presenters to share new and upcoming concepts, techniques and information for the search and rescue industry.
The trans-Tasman multisector SAR event, to be held on 1 June 2016 at Jupiters Hotel on the Gold Coast, aims to provide a platform for leading practitioners to discuss challenges, experiences and development under the theme of ‘Land, Sea and Air’.
The event will be held in conjunction with the 5th Australian and New Zealand Disaster and Emergency Management Conference.
Topics include:
- Technology
- Innovation
- Training
- Crisis management and communication strategies
- Case studies
- International and regional agreements and exercises
- Lost person behaviour (mental health)
