Comms Connect panel to shed light on the future of terrestrial networks
Will terrestrial networks take over from the incumbent non-terrestrial networks? Can they co-habit? What are the pros, cons and synergies between the two, when looking at the future of critical communications and public safety?
These questions and more will frame the backdrop of a ‘can’t miss’ panel session, featuring leading local and international experts, on day two of Comms Connect Melbourne on 17 October.
Comms Connect MC Chris Stevens will moderate the panel, which will feature:
- James Pickens – CTO, NSW Telco Authority
- Ellen Ryan – Deputy Division Chief, NIST PSCR (USA)
- Lincoln Mackay – CTO, Hourua (NZ)
- Tero Pesonen – Chairman, TCCA Broadband Group (Finland)
- Brad Creevey – Assistant Coordinator General, Operational Capability Branch, NEMA.
