ICCRA opens Global Critical Control Rooms Survey

The Global Critical Control Rooms Survey has just been opened by ICCRA in collaboration with HIS Markit.

This is now the second year running for the survey, which is the most comprehensive of its kind.

The 40-question survey is aimed at control room operators and managers and covers technology, operations, environmental factors and people. ICCRA is urging those in the industry to share the survey details with their control room customers to help build this important research.

Understanding the 'state of the nation' of the critical control rooms sector is vital to both operator and commercial members in supporting the identification and sharing of key trends and best practice, driving innovation of products and practices, and shaping ICCRA's agenda for events and projects.

All survey participants will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win a three-day user delegate pass to the ICCRA Congress in London this December.

The survey closes on Wednesday, 31 October 2018.

The results of the survey will be published on the ICCRA website and presented at the ICCRA Congress 2018 in London, 10–12 December.
