RSM NZ revises Mobile Service Bands

New Zealand’s Radio Spectrum Management has revised the Public Information Brochure (PIB 23) for Mobile Service Bands. The changes relate to the band and channel plans for mobile services, reflect operational practice and include the opening of previously reserved channels.

The changes also encompass maritime VHF and UHF bands to reflect the outcomes of the World Radiocommunications Conferences held in 2012 and 2015.

Users and operators can download the PIB 23 document as a PDF or a Microsoft Excel document and integrate the mobile channel plans.
