Zetron joins Mission Critical Alliance
Zetron has become one of the latest members of the L3Harris Technologies Mission Critical Alliance (MCA), joining the likes of Samsung and GE Power in a mission to enhance network and communications technologies’ capabilities, compatibility and security.
The company’s acceptance into the alliance relied on its solutions’ interoperability and compatibility with L3Harris’ core network and radio platforms to simplify system integration for customers.
Zetron brings its NG9-1-1 call-taking, CAD, mapping, dispatch, voice logging, fire station alerting and location service systems to the alliance.
Zetron Vice President of Product Management Gary Stidham said: “By bringing together market leaders from across different technology sectors with a shared mission to deliver best-of-breed, interoperable communications, L3Harris is helping facilitate a new landscape of collaboration that will benefit all the mission-critical markets the members collectively serve”.
“Interoperability and innovation have been central to Zetron’s customer mission since 1980, so we’re excited to be a part of the MCA and to work with L3Harris and other MCA members going forward to bring innovations to market that will save lives,” he added.
Other companies that have recently joined the MCA include TRX Systems, Vintra and Exacom.
