The FlexWave Millimetre Wave (MMW) point-to-point millimetre wave transmission system operates in the licensed 71 GHz to 86 GHz spectrum and provides fibre-speed wireless line-of-sight communication links within a 6 km range.

The system offers a full duplex 1.25 Gbps point-to-point wireless link, providing a wireless alternative for connecting buildings, offices, campuses and network hub sites without needing to install a fibre link or fibre network.

Quick and simple to install, the system provides wireless path protection from other RF interferences and transmissions sources. The 71-86 GHz spectrum allows for 1.25 Gbps data transmission and link reliability over distances from 60 m to more than 6 km.

The system is claimed to provide reliable availability in fog, dust, snow and rain, and can be engineered to be positioned in close proximity to similar systems without causing interference.
