Tait Electronics has released the latest additions to its TM8000 trunked mobile series with the TM8235 and an enhanced TM8255 dual mode trunked/conventional mobile. The TM8235 is an MPT 1327 radio that simplifies the functionality of the more sophisticated TM8255.

With an intuitive and user-friendly interface, the radio allows full access for fleets of all sizes with three-digit dialling capabilities (0-999). It also comes with 100 conventional channels complete with built-in CTCSS and DCS to allow for access to conventional radio networks as needed or when out of range of the trunked network.

The TM8255 dual mode trunked/conventional radio now offers direct connect GPS, GPS display option in trunking mode, multiple MPT network support and a maximum of 250 MPT trunked channel blocks.
