Tuesday, 26 July, 2011

Minnesota public safety personnel and emergency responders using the Allied Radio Matrix for Emergency Response (ARMER) state-wide radio communications system now have P25 digital technology with the addition of Tait Radio Communications to the approved subscriber manufacturer list.

The approval means agencies using the ARMER network can incorporate Tait's 9100 series of P25 digital portable and mobile radios in their fleets with the assurance of interoperability provided by the P25 standards.
