RS Components has released the PicoScope 2104 and 2105, the lightweight, high-performance PC oscilloscopes designed to fit in a hand.
The instruments have all the capabilities of a conventional oscilloscope in a compact probe that can be carried anywhere.
The 2105 USB pen scope has combined features which are integral to many high-performance benchtop oscilloscopes, with a small, lightweight, ergonomic package that fits perfectly in the hand.
When used in conjunction with PicoScope software, it converts any laptop or desktop PC with a USB port into an oscilloscope, without the need for additional probes or power supplies.
An entry-level version (PicoScope 2104) accommodates less demanding applications.
Features include: up to 100 MS/s real-time sample rate; up to 25 MHz bandwidth; digital ETS enhances repetitive signal sample rate to 2 GS/s; up to 24 k sample buffer; connected and powered by USB port; compatible with Windows 98SE, ME, 200 and XP.
