Wavecontrol SMP2 portable electromagnetic field monitoring
The Wavecontrol SMP2 portable electromagnetic field monitoring system delivers a combination of low-frequency spectrum analysis and high-frequency broadband measurements of RF radiated signals.
The product has been developed to meet demanding customer requirements in the RF safety measurements domain. Its versatility makes it a suitable measurement tool for many different industries, including railway, power, manufacturing, chemical, medical, defence, RFID and EAS and telecommunications.
The system offers spectrum analysis (FFT) and shaped time domain (STD) mode from 1 Hz to 400 kHz for the low-frequency electric and magnetic fields, and broadband measurements to 18 GHz for the high-frequency electromagnetic fields in a single unit.
It complies with the European Directive 2013/35/EU on the minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks arising from physical agents (electromagnetic fields).
The product is a suitable measurement system for analysing magnetic and electric fields in public spaces and workplaces. A variety of probes can be used.
