The Simoco SAMS6000 has been designed to send and track real-time, text-based jobs to field response crews such as emergency response personnel, police/firefighters, security personnel and maintenance technicians.

Using simple menu-based commands and responses, field personnel have an easy method of keeping central operations updated with the progress of assigned tasks and headquarters has a clear overview of the allocated jobs and vehicle/personnel positions.

The Simoco SAMS6000 has all the features of the SAMS5000 Automatic Vehicle Location system with the additional benefits of:

• Two-way messaging for efficient communication between field personnel and the central operations.
• Job Queuing to improve job flow.
• Job Status Menu to keep operations updated of the progress of allocated jobs each step to completion.
• Job Completed List to allow easy analysing and reporting of dispatched jobs.

This application, together with Simoco terminals, is claimed to provide effective and secure job dispatching, allowing effective fleet management.
