Analogue signal generator

The Rohde & Schwarz SMA100A analogue signal generator combines signal quality with very high setting speed making it is suitable for tasks in development, production, service and maintenance.

In the frequency range from 9 kHz to 6 GHz, it can generate CW signals as well as all common types of analogue modulation (AM, FM, jM, pulse modulation).

The signal generator features good specifications and a wide range of modulation signals. In addition, a low-jitter clock synthesiser option supplies differential clock signals of up to 1.5 GHz independently of the RF frequency.

The SMA100A is suitable for a variety of applications including phase noise test systems through to tests on mixed signal ICs. It also offers a modern graphical user interface for fast and intuitive operation.
