The TB8100 base station forms part of the 8000 Series of analog radio communications products made by Tait Electronics.

Apart from software programming flexibility, self-diagnostic capability and intelligent remote control, the base station offers four power supply options in the one package. It also has a front-loading modular design to aid in system integration.

This latest range is suitable for a wide range of voice and data applications in the mining industry. Ruggedness, high-speed data capability and ease of integration are three features of the mobile radio terminals and base stations.

The TM8100 mobiles also feature an advanced digital signal processor (DSP), multiple ports for auxiliary connectors and a hardware developer's kit.
