WaveRider has introduced its new lighter weight NCL7000 series of 5.8 GHz bridge/routers with OFDM for non-line-of-sight operation. The series is suitable for point-to-point or point-to-multipoint applications.
The wireless system has data rates of up to 108 Mbps and up to 400 mW of RF power. Features include tagged voice and video traffic to take priority over general data packed transfer providing real-time capability even under congested link conditions.
It has improved throughput, IP and transport efficiency, more broadband capacity and radio power.
