MtronPTI has introduced a low profile, surface-mount OCXO with a PECL output.
Tailored to meet the needs of optical switching systems and other stratum 3 applications, the XO5285 has a 3.3 V PECL output at standard frequencies of 51.85, 77.76 and 100 MHz. It is also available with most frequencies between 50.0 and 125.0 MHz and supplying voltages from 3.0 to 15.0.
It is a hermetically sealed 24.0 x 22.0 x 12.7 mm device available as a surface mount or through-hole version. Its overall stability, including temperature and ageing, is less than 4.6 ppm over 10 years over an extended temperature range of -40 to +85°C.
