The AC4790 is an FHSS 915 MHz transceiver that uses Aerocomm's masterless protocol allowing each transceiver to communicate with any other within range for true peer-to-peer operation.
Packaging in a 49 x 25 mm bundle with optional integrated antenna and variable power output from 5 to 1000 mW, it can transmit up to 32 km in open space. All versions support -40 to +80°C operation and can be used in applications including telemetry, meter reading, irrigation systems, lighting control, building automation, etc.
