Phone test system

Agilent has introduced a mobile phone test system that includes software and an RF shield box with built-in antenna coupler.

The GS-8210 is designed for the low-cost mobile phone testing market. The RF shield box simulates call operation, provides reliable test results and avoids conflicts with real networks. Its software automates the testing program.

The tester supports GSM/GPRS/EGPRS and W-CDMA. Future editions will include options for cdma2000, 1xEV-DO, HSDPA and TD-SCDMA.
