Vishay has released a low-capacitance, bidirectional ESD protection diode array in the SOT-143 SMD package.
Aimed at high-volume, mainstream applications, the GCDA15C-1 array is designed to provide ESD protection in ADSL, RS232, RS422, and V.90 interfaces; high-speed data lines; WAN/LAN equipment; and wireless systems.
Rated for an operating voltage of 15, the device offers good electrical performance with typical capacitance of 5 pF, a maximum reverse leakage current of 100 µA, and a maximum clamping voltage of 21. The diode array also features ESD protection that meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 specifications.
