The Motech FG708S and F function generators provide a large number of waveforms including triangular, square, sine wave, pulse and DC signals in the frequency range from 0 to 1 MHz.

In the pulse output mode, the frequency is variable from 1 to 8 MHz. The function generators are provided with a linear and logarithmic sweep function.

The FG708 F is also provided with a ramp-up/down ramp variable from 100 mHz to 20 kHz.

Output signals can be varied in the range 1 mV to 20 Vpp (open circuit) and an output control function provides from 0 to -60 dB attenuation.

The output signal exhibits low noise and distortion even at low output levels. A synch output is standard over the output frequency selected. Modulation modes (AM, FM, PSK) are provided for triangular, sine and square waves.
