Vishay Intertechnology has released a surface mount, wirewound, shielded inductor that provides high reliability and enables easy surface-mounting in close proximity to other components on the assembly board.
The ISC-1008 is intended for use in medium- to low-frequency resonant circuits for higher-current applications in notebooks, PCs, flash memory devices, converters and other electronic systems.
A wide range of inductance ratings is available with values (at 100 kHz) ranging from 1.0 to 1000 µH. Standard tolerance is ±20% over this range.
